I offer a genuine, compassionate, and empathetic environment in which to safely explore difficulties or concerns. My approach to psychotherapy is integrative and relational. I work from the understanding that the relationship between the client and therapist can act as a catalyst for change. I will not usually advise, instead, I will create a non-judgemental space to talk through worries and find meaning.
It is my belief that each client is unique and this is reflected in the way I work. I draw upon different models to inform assessments and treatment approaches. I am trained in a range of therapeutic approaches, including Person-Centred, Psychodynamic, and Cognitive Behavioural models.
I offer a safe and inclusive environment to all clients regardless of age (18+), ethnicity, gender, sexuality or disability. I also offer therapy in Portuguese.
I’m an advanced-stage trainee Counselling Psychologist. I am an accredited member of the National Counselling Society (NCS) and a member of the British Psychological Society (BPS). I combine my academic expertise with the practical clinical experience I have obtained from working in the public and voluntary sectors.

Remote therapy works like traditional face-to-face therapy, just over the phone, Skype, FaceTime, Zoom, or other online communication tools. Its effectiveness is clearly documented, and its popularity continues to grow. It’s important to note that a good internet connection is vital for working online.
